As a Customer Service Officer at IVI Aesthetic, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and potential clients, playing a key role in shaping their experience with us. You will be responsible for handling inquiries across multiple channels, including phone calls, social media platforms, and emails, providing information about our products and treatments, and assisting in booking appointments. Your expertise in our offerings will help guide customers to the treatments that best meet their needs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming calls, messages, and inquiries via all social media platforms, emails, and other communication channels.
2. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information about our treatments and products to patients and potential clients.
3. Assist customers in scheduling appointments, making changes to appointments, and providing reminders.
4. Collaborate with the operation team to ensure customer queries are addressed.
5. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
6. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
7. Calling of leads to book appointment and ensure appointment is turned up.
Qualifications:
1. Proven customer support experience or experience in beauty services industry.
2. Strong messaging and phone handling skills and active listening.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6. Target orientated and driven.
