MedTech Marketing Manager- Strategic Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, define, and implement marketing strategy for the region which is aligned with the global strategy

• Support the local sales team to arrange and carry out key account visits

• Provide the local/regional Marketing Team with market insights and competitor information

• Develop and commercialize business models and pricing strategies.

• Formulate Go-To-Market strategies with internal stakeholders

• Generate and nurture qualified leads leveraging on omnichannel.

• Product life-cycle management

• Plan and execute product launches and promotions with focus on customers’ values

• Trains the sales staff on how to promote and market the various products to the various specialists.

• Measure and track MIR and Business Performance


Qualification and Requirements:


• Minimum with degree in Marketing/Business or relevant studies and working experience

• 5 years of experience in regional marketing and digital marketing.

• Strong communication skills to be able to work with various stakeholders across multiple business functions

• Experience in Medtech or Nursing will be an advantage.

• Experience in the field of Lap(GS) / GYN / URO preffered.

• Ability to impart product, sales/marketing knowledge, business knowledge, to sales staff and support staff through regular training, motivating, counselling, mentoring, etc.

• Prior experience working in medical industry is a plus

• Proficient in CRM, Marketing Automation Tools

• Ability to travel more than 50%
