Flange Management Supervisor | FPSO | 2 Years

The Flange Management Supervisor reports to the assigned discipline superintendent and is responsible for coordinating the construction activities and delivering the assigned construction work scope (either electrical, mechanical, piping, painting or structure discipline in the FPSO/FSO construction) by meeting the specifications, timeline, and HSSEQ requirements. Supervise and inspect the construction activities of all construction area.
- Supervise and inspect yard’s construction fabrication and installation day-to- day activities.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out basing on latest approved drawings and specifications.
- Apply knowledge in construction to improve constructability and progress.
- Monitor and liaise with office for status and planning of class and statutory surveys.
- Organize, direct, and supervise yard to ensure fabrication and installation procedures strictly follow drawings and specifications, comply to regulatory requirements and fulfil equipment vendor’s specifications.
- Conduct inspections and ensure that yard’s works are according to construction’s drawings, specifications, and requirements.

- Complies with the relevant clauses of MODEC HSEQ Code of Conduct as described in the HSEQ Policies, 14 HSEQ Standards, and HSEQ Procedures to always protect people and the environment. Has a duty of care to ensure that all personnel work in a manner that is not harmful to their own health and
- Complies with MODEC Group’s Code of Business Conduct & Ethics and Policies to ensure business activities and decisions conform to the laws, regulations and demonstrates high standard of ethical behavior.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree holder in Mechanical Engineering.
- With at least 5+ years of experiences in Marine Topside module or Oil & Gas Industry
- Experience in mechanical equipment installation on FPSO modules, and preservation of valves, instruments, and mechanical equipment
- Flange management on Piping knowledge is essential.
- Excellent written and good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.
- Proven experience in construction supervision within the oil and gas industry, particularly with FPSO/FSO construction projects.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and supervision skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HSSEQ policies and practices.
- Demonstrated high standard of ethical behavior and commitment to compliance with business conduct and ethics policies.
