Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing L&D activities and programs whilst ensuring a smooth learning experience for employees
  • Assist in establishing/reviewing leadership, competency and training frameworks
  • Facilitate updating of materials in collaboration with content experts for learning programs
  • Handle employee training requests and other ad-hoc inquiries
  • Track learning and development budget utilization and preparing reports
  • Track learning effectiveness feedback to identify gaps to suggest areas for improvement
  • Enhance L&D administration processes to enhance employees’ L&D experience
  • Support other HR projects/initiatives
  • Any other work-related duties as and when assigned by supervisor


Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource/any relevant fields
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in Learning & Development or in an educational industry
