  • Conduct assessments to evaluate children's learning and developmental needs and administer specialized psychological tests.
  • Develop and implement tailored intervention plans, reporting outcomes in Individualized Educational Plans (IEP) and End-of-Intervention (EOI) reports.
  • Provide guidance to Learning Support Educators (LSEds), preschool teachers, and parents on applying personalized strategies to support children's development.
  • Design, deliver, and monitor intervention strategies while identifying training needs and developing resources for early intervention.
  • Track clinical performance indicators, participate in research or quality improvement projects, and lead special initiatives to promote inclusion for children with learning and developmental needs.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Psychology or Educational Psychology.
  • Full registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
  • At least 1 year of pediatric experience, ideally with experience working within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Experience in assessment and working with preschool children or children with developmental disabilities (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities) is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
