**What the role is**
- As an Educational Psychologist in the Special Educational Needs Division, you will lead the delivery of psychological services to schools as well as develop and review policies, programmes, research and develop resources.

**What you will be working on**
- Provide guidance on issues pertaining to educational support for students with special educational needs in mainstream schools
- Develop, monitor and evaluate support structures and processes, programmes, as well as develop resources to support students with special educational needs in mainstream schools
- Implement strategies to ensure quality psycho-educational services for students with special educational needs
- Mentor Associate Psychologists
- Lead teams in research and development projects related to special educational needs
- Design and conduct training programmes on special educational needs for teachers and allied educators

**What we are looking for**
- Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills as well as ability to work well with different stakeholders
- Embrace the value of professionalism and has a strong passion and drive to work with students with special educational needs and external stakeholders
- At least a Master's degree in Educational Psychology, School Psychology or Applied Psychology
- Applicants should possess relevant requirements for registration or accreditation with recognised professional body as ‘Educational or School Psychologists’
