Roles & Responsibilities

Contract Sterilization Services Pte Ltd, wholly owned subsidiary of Serial System Ltd (a SGX mainboard listed Company), assembles and distributes medical devices. It offers a full range of standard and customised perfusion tubing packs. Marketed all over the Asia Pacific region, these products are the preferred choices of many leading hospitals.


We invite a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following position:


Product Development ManagerDivision : EngineeringReports to: Managing DirectorDuties and Responsibilities

· Development of new products (both Concentric and Conglomerate Diversification)

· Marketing and Application of new products

· Participate in collaborative meetings with business partners or hospitals on behalf of CSS

· Update any information about new product developments and market penetration

· Regular Monitoring of the status of trials of new products

· Collaborate and communicate with sales and marketing department for both existing and new products

· Collaborate with sales & marketing department on new products that customers required

· Collaborate and communicate with QA department for some regulatory affairs related matters

· Provide application training to customers on CSS products

· Provide some support on engineering projects

· Review and approval of drawings, specifications and quality reports

· Product Registration, Document submission and providing technical advice on requirements of Regulatory Affairs

Accountability

· Ensure the progress of new products development are on track

· Monitor the market trends and opportunity for future product development

· This person is expected to work closely with staffs from all departments, customers and suppliers/vendors.


Requirements

· Degree in Medicine/Medical Technology or Life Sciences

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Knowledge of ISO and CE will be advantageous

· 2-3 years of experience in product development or application field will be beneficial
