About Us:
Hermados is all about bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and an unforgettable dining experience. We are looking for a Head Chef who specializes in Mexican Western cuisine, with the creativity and expertise to craft delicious dishes that represent the best of both worlds.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an authentic Mexican Western menu, balancing traditional and modern influences.
  • Lead kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and consistency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with the Bar Manager for food and drink pairings.
  • Innovate and introduce seasonal dishes or special menus.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef specializing in Mexican or Western cuisine.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
  • Creativity and passion for culinary innovation.
  • Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain consistency.
