The Role

  • Perform the reconciliation for banks and related account in accordance to internal control procedure and requirement, including the compliance to Dairy Farm Accounting Policy
  • Monitor the discrepancies of payment/ cash received from multiple channels & liaise with relevant timely for timely resolution
  • Manage GIRO Instructions, Bank Guarantee Applications, and Rental related payment instructions
  • Liaise with and support off-shore business partner to resolve transaction issues
  • Provide support for Corporate Finance Team in the statutory audit and filing, including data extraction and draft schedules preparation
  • Support the Operation Finance team in monthly variance analysis
  • Provide support to country/regional/group level strategic initiatives as directed by Group
  • Participate in projects and initiatives drive by business to support operation process in order to cash
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to continuously evaluate and implement improvement of the business process to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure the processes are complying to established policy; update the policy and Standard Operating Procedures as required

About You

  • 1 to 3 years relevant experience (in absence of formal finance qualifications) or equivalent role
  • Degree holder in Finance or Business discipline is preferred
  • Previous retail in FMCG experience preferred but not a must
  • Has work experience in a MNC or audit experience
  • Previous working experience in General Ledger team
  • Business Process Improvement experience preferred but not a must
  • Able to work with different stakeholders
  • Be innovative and detail oriented
  • Exposure to ERP system such as Oracle and SAP FICO
