Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Manage a team of 10, reporting to the CEO and CHRO.

· Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support overall business objectives.

· Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource, administrative, and building facility functions of the organization and group.

· Lead and implement corporate projects in line with business strategies.

· Work closely with business leaders on organizational change management, employee issues, and sustainability.

· Address complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent solutions.

· Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to and kept up to date.


Requirements:

· Minimum a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.

· Minimum 10 years of HR/Admin managerial experience with business partnering and change management skills/experience.

· Strategic HR competencies required include Talent Management, Leadership Development, Time Management, Succession Planning, and Coaching.

· Familiarity with Singapore employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

· Previous experience in a high-growth, world-class startup environment.
