Assistant Manager/Manager/Assistant Director, HR Partnership (2-Year Contract)
[What you will be working on]
As part of the HR team, you will work with senior management, divisional directors, and programme coordinators to develop and implement total HR solutions to achieve organisational, operational and people excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Attraction
- Serve as primary contact point for scholars engagement and advisory for all scholarship administrative matters
- Oversee contingent workforce management, including administration of contractforservices, to augment the Institute's workforce
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including interns and scholars
- Partner divisions to conduct learning needs analysis to identify skills gaps and knowledge deficiencies
- Design learning strategies, initiatives and programmes to upskill and reskill the workforce to meet the Institute's current and future needs
- Oversee the administration of LEARN app, including mandatory learning programmes and quizzes, reports and user accounts maintenance
- Lead the identification, establishment, analysis of key HR metrics and collation of critical statistics for reporting and dashboarding
- Plan and administer awards such as National Day Awards, Long Service Awards and Partnership Awards
- Oversee annual and adhoc declaration activities to ensure organisational compliance
- Participate in business continuity planning, including enterprise risk management to shape and mitigate the key risks related to manpower
