Roles & Responsibilities

Kebabs Faktory is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to ensure our staff delivers exceptional service and maintains the highest standards of quality in food preparation and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food service industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Training Programs:Design and develop comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
    Create training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.
  2. Conduct Training Sessions:Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels, including kitchen staff, servers, and management.
    Provide hands-on training in food preparation, cooking techniques, hygiene, safety, and customer service.
  3. Evaluate Training Effectiveness:Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
    Make necessary adjustments to training programs based on evaluation results.
  4. Staff Development:Identify skill gaps and training needs within the team.
    Develop and implement career development programs to support staff growth and retention.
  5. Compliance and Standards:Ensure all training programs comply with food safety regulations and company standards.
    Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve training methods.
  6. Collaboration:Work closely with the HR department to align training programs with overall company goals and employee development plans.
    Collaborate with management to identify training needs and schedule sessions.
  7. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
    Prepare regular reports on training effectiveness and staff performance improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the food service industry, with at least 2 years in a training or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design effective training programs and materials.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with e-learning platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Training and Development.
  • Experience in a similar role within a restaurant chain or hospitality group.
