Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team—a driven professional passionate about fostering client success and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions. In this role, you will serve as the trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your expertise to align their strategic goals with our product portfolio while delivering measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Growth: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, relationship-building, and industry networking to expand the client base.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Design and implement data-driven sales plans to exceed quotas, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Technical Consultants to architect customized IT solutions that address client challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
- End-to-End Sales Leadership: Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring seamless handoffs to delivery teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain influential relationships with C-suite decision-makers, key stakeholders, and vendor partners to drive long-term loyalty.
- Client-Centric Relationship Management: Develop deep, consultative partnerships with clients, acting as their advocate to deliver solutions that evolve with their needs.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze client feedback, market trends, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization and strategic growth.

Core Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (IT/tech industry preferred).
- Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets and managing complex client portfolios.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
