Roles & Responsibilities

Minimum 3 years' experience in PEGA platform.

Design & development work on Pega CDH for Marketing (cloud version 8.8 or Infinity 23).

Able to implement/troubleshoot Java custom code on Pega CDH. Experience in working with Pega Cloud Ops.

  • Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud & Customer Centric Personalisation/Decision Engine architecture and knowledge of the wider marketing & insights ecosystem
  • Experience in analyzing business requirements, deliver design and estimate, development, testing and production deployment of solutions for marketing cloud and/or customer centric personalisation/decision engine platforms.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation best practices, customer centric personalization/marketing, lead management and performance reporting
  • Working knowledge of API data integration, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, content strategies and web technologies (ad servers, browsers, cookies, etc)

1. Business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining support procedures

2. Provide ongoing operational support for marketing / campaign & customer centric personalization / decision engine solutions

3. Provide best practices and how to apply them in marketing cloud platform & customer centric personalization / decision engine platform

4. Show marketers how to best create campaign and how to manage and use data for effective marketing campaigns

5. Work with internal analytics users on their models / rules set up, as well as marketers on their offers set up on the decision engine platform for customer centric personalization / insights

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or equivalent.
