Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:
  • Design, develop, and deliver working software applications that meet customer needs
  • Improve software quality by following Extreme Programming (XP) practices, including code reviews and unit testing
  • Follow the Software Craftsmanship Manifesto, emphasizing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code
  • Prepare architectural and technical documentation to support development and decision-making
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts (BA) to refine and elaborate user stories
  • Work with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to assist in test automation and bug fixes
  • Support DevOps teams in automating build and release pipelines
Job Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git
  • Experience developing in Mac/Linux environments
  • Familiar with both Windows and UNIX/Linux servers
  • Experience with front-end technologies, including (but not limited to): ReactJS, TypeScript-related frameworks, Mobile app development (Swift, Android), Other relevant frontend stacks
  • Experience with backend technologies, including (but not limited to): Ruby on Rails (RoR), Node.js, Java/Kotlin, Python, Other relevant backend stacks
  • Experience with low-code platforms, such as (but not limited to): OutSystems, Mendix, Pega, Appian, Microsoft Power Apps
  • Experience in Agile processes and methodologies, including Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Test-Driven Development (TDD), Pair Programming
  • Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
  • Familiarity with design patterns and unit testing
  • Experience with wireframing tools such as Figma
  • Experience with Cloud/PaaS platforms, including AWS, GCP, Heroku
  • Familiar with serverless frameworks and Docker/container technologies
  • Certification in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Bamboo, TeamCity
  • Good presentation and listening skills
  • Exposure to mobile application development will be a plus
  • Experience working in Agile and UX development environments is advantageous
  • Relevant professional certification in low-code development will be highly valued
