As we continue to grow both locally and internationally, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can help elevate our brand presence and drive our marketing efforts forward.

Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our brand management, public relations, social media, marketing campaigns, and event management initiatives. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and execution to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, have a keen understanding of the footwear or fashion industry, and possess a proven track record in delivering effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Brand Management: Develop, implement and execute strategies to strengthen brand identity and market positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

· Public Relations: Develop and manage all PR activities to enhance the brand's public image, including media relations, press releases, and collaborations with influencers and industry partners.

· Social Media Presence:Lead the development and execution of social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

· Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand messages and drive sales, both online and offline.

· Event Management: Plan and oversee local events, including brand collaborations, promotional events, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

· Market Research, Analysis and Reporting:Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, performance of marketing campaigns and strategies and use insights to formulate marketing strategies.

· Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a creative, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.

Qualifications:

· Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on brand management, PR, and social media. Experience in the fashion or retail industry is highly preferred.

· Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and social media platforms.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and work collaboratively with team members, external partners, and stakeholders.

· Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to generate new ideas and translate them into effective marketing strategies.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
