Position Overview:As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team to achieve their targets and provide excellent service to our clients. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, customer interactions, and supporting various sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, maintaining databases, and managing documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about our insurance products and services.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up, ensuring potential clients receive timely communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and training courses as needed.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s services and offerings to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
