Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

The incumbent is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Company and projects undertaken by Meeting Matters International

Responsibilities:

· Overseeing and processing conference contracts in consultation with other teams in the organization on clients' requirements or needs

· Arranging and preparing brochures/collaterals for inquiries

· Negotiating and marketing MMI's business

· Providing administrative support to the conference teams, MMI administration, and the Managing Director

· Collating and proofreading conference materials and arranging transportation of conference equipment

· Organizing samples and previews of all partners' supplies for quality acceptances

· Ensure that conferences are planned and organized according to client's requirements on time and within budget

· Develop and manage conference budgets and P & L

· Manage Society work including liaison with Auditor and Tax Agent

Position Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Project Management/ /Events Management with a minor in Accounts & Finance
  • Singaporean and PR only;
  • Demonstrate a high level of skills in organizing, analyses, prioritization, cost, and time management;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent problem-determination and resolution skills;
  • Keen attention to detail;
  • Highly self-motivated, ethical, and directed;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to ensure project and business goals are met effectively and efficiently
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a relevant work environment
