Responsibilities:
· Provide all administrative support to Maintenance Department
· Daily Meeting records & reports
· Document update and filing
· Assist in preparing/updating of Work Process, SOPs and Preventive Maintenance Schedules etc.
· Spare parts search and request for quotation via vendor catalogue or supplier list
· Maintain database for stock list technical specification
· Raise purchase order and maintain record
· Contact Contractors for maintenance, repair and services for all building related matters
· Cover Receptionist duties as and when required
· Processing of work permits application/renewal/cancellation when necessary
· Any other duties or task assigned by Department Manager
Requirements:
· GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or equivalent
· Min. 2 years of Administrative experience with attention to details, planning and organisation skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
· Able to multi-task, self-motivated, independent, meticulous and discipline
· Candidates with general technical knowledge or willing to learn are welcome
