Jobdescription
- Handlingand resolving customer complaints and following up with customersto ensure high level satisfaction
- Providesupport and maintenance of company's social mediaaccounts
- Provide strategicinsights and recommendations for online/digitalmarketing
- Ensure smooth communications betweenall channels of business
- Preparation ofregularly scheduled reports (daily / bi-weekly /monthly)
- Inventory management ofstocks
- Support sales team in the ordering anddistribution of materials.
- Maintain and upkeepall office administrative records
- Eventpreparation and execution
- Any other ad hocduties
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing,Communications, Graphic Design or relatedfield.
- Minimum of 1- 2 years ofrelevant experience working in relevant field
- Proficiency in Adobe creative software (e.g. Photoshop,In-design, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) is required
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Require Languages: English, Chinese and Japanese JLPT 2(for liaise with Japanese and Chinese speaking partners)
- Collaborative, proactive and solutionsorientated
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Team player with apositive attitude and pleasant deposition
- Independent and self motivated
- Flexible and adaptable to new challenges
- Resourceful, able to work under pressure and committed towork
- Keen interest in social media contentdevelopment
- Able to commence work within ashort notice
- 5 days work week (8.30AM -6.30PM)
