Role and Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming calls and claims documents promptly
  • Contact ceding companies/brokers on incomplete information provided in claims documents
  • Conduct audit trail check on fellow colleagues' entries
  • Assist to extract and input data for Loss Reserving
  • Authorize debit notes payments within limit assigned
  • Register/adjust outstanding loss provision, where necessary
  • Compile reports as and when required by Section Head
  • Any other projects or duties as assigned by Section Head

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline
  • Strong numeric skills
  • MS Excel and Word knowledge
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally with general insurance knowledge
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
