About the role:

We’re looking for a Customer Sucess Officer to join our team and serve as the frontline ambassador for our company.


You will be responsible for handling Motorist’s users’ enquiries, comments and feedback posted on various communication channels, and engaging users in an interactive manner. If you’re a proactive and empathetic professional with a commitment to excellence, we’d love to hear from you


What you'll be responsible for:


Customer Engagement -

  • Manage customer enquiries across multiple channels, including concierge chat, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
  • Promote the Motorist App and its features through the channels mentioned above.
  • Review and respond to testimonials and reviews professionally, addressing issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and engage in car group chats within the Motorist App.
  • Effectively resolve complaints and negative feedback in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with app users through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
  • Address customer feedback and comments posted across various platforms.
  • Ensure high levels of user and customer satisfaction.

Guest Reception -

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and handle inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Facilitate any campaign voucher collections.

Other Responsibilities -

  • Record and manage meeting minutes during Head of Department meetings.
  • Assisting with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required.


What we're looking for:

  • At least GCE N/O Level and/or NITEC trained.
  • More than 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
  • Tech Savvy and proficient in Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to interact professionally with customers
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Independent and able to work with limited supervision, but a great team player
  • Able to handle customer inquiries outside standard working hours as needed, to ensure seamless service delivery and address time-sensitive issues promptly.
