Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.


Responsibilities

Work on IBGO Digital Workforce strategic initiatives regionally to transform workforce mindset and culture equip and empower employees to upskill and reskill, collaborate and engage with multiple stakeholders to dial up employee well being and engagement, to build a future ready, transformational and sustainable digital workforce. Scope of work includes :

  • Strategise IBGO digital workforce framework and new strategic anchors for the year, to align to IBGO scorecard
  • Project manage and execute the key initiatives across locations (where applicable)
  • Build partnerships with Regional and S’pore people & learning champs to drive and execute upskilling/reskilling & learning initiatives
  • Proactively establish good rapport and communication with and engage IBGO Reg & Singapore management to garner feedback and support for smooth delivery of initiatives
  • Manage regular communication & reporting on progress of initiatives
  • Support to elevate the communications & award strategy including sourcing for and writing award pitches, leveraging existing and creating new communication channels to showcase IBGO success and branding

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma holders in any areas with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in workforce transformation
  • Strong affinity for people engagement, to be able strategise initiatives that are relevant, uplifting and yet joyful for the employees
  • Self-starter, strategic and analytical with strong organisational skills
  • Good team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience in running events, writing newsletter, designing creatives will be an advantage
