Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and managing a team of sales professionals.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience with exposure to the SEA market, a Diploma qualification, and a background in Educational and Training services is an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share across the SEA region.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma/ Degree qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a regional capacity, preferably within the Educational and Training sector.
  • Strong understanding of the SEA market landscape and dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required.
