about the role:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
  • Customer Engagement by greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand's collections, including features, benefits, and craftsmanship.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor, ensuring displays are attractive and merchandise is properly showcased.
  • Conduct follow-up communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Uphold the brand's image and reputation by adhering to company policies and procedures, and by presenting yourself professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and run store events.

skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail sales, specifically within fashion or leather goods will be a bonus.
  • Open to working retail hours, which might at times include weekends and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • A keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for luxury products.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele.
  • Goal-oriented with motivation in achieving sales targets.
