About Us
Virkware is an AI-powered talent management platform designed to help organizations optimize workforce engagement, agility, and retention. We operate in multiple markets across Asia including Singapore, the Philippines, and Australia, and are looking for a part-time Sales Closer to help us convert pre-qualified leads in Singapore.
What You’ll Do
- Work only on warm leads—no prospecting required Leads will be provided by our lead generation team.
- Conduct sales calls and demos to showcase the value of Virkware’s platform.
- Manage negotiations and close deals with HR decision-makers and enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth sales process and client onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B or enterprise sales
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with CxOs and senior management
- Based in Singapore with a good understanding of the local business landscape.
- Self-driven, professional, and results-oriented.
Compensation & Benefits
- 100% commission-based – Earn 10% of the first year’s revenue for each closed deal.
- High-Earning Potential – Close bigger deals, earn bigger commissions.
- Flexible Work – No fixed hours, just work on closing deals when needed.
