Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and managing the team’s day-to-day operations
  • Review and streamline work processes for greater effectiveness and efficiency
  • Provide guidance and direction in the management, planning, organising, coordinating and operational processes of the department.
  • Develop, mentor and guide staff with good leadership and ensuring succession planning
  • Ensure proper implementation of company’s system, policies and procedures
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the senior management
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Working Experience in the Automotive Industry would be advantageous
  • Diploma in any Mechanical or Engineering disciplines, Business Administration or relevant subjects with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in service operations and technical analysis.
Skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc)
  • Customer Service-oriented
