We are currently looking for a highly-passionate, committed and responsible Centre Executive who is familiar with daily operations of an enrichment centre.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Centre
  • Provide quality customer service through understanding of customers' queries and needs
  • Ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timeframe
  • Work closely with management to actively retain students and achieve enrolment targets
  • Reporting of student enrolment, assessments and withdrawal to HQ
  • Ensure student management system is updated on a timely basis for all student movements
  • Assist customers on payment related matters
  • Safeguard the safety and welfare of our students
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the Centre is well maintained and meets the safe management requirements for Covid1
  • Ensure that student resources, stationery and merchandise are well stocked in the Centre
  • Monitor and escalate any urgent/complex issues to management
  • Any other ad hoc duties

We would love for you to have:

  • Diploma level and above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferably from Education, Retail, Airlines or any other customer centric industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM software
  • Possess good spoken and written communication skills
  • Proactive with good organisational skills and time management
  • Kind and nurturing approach when interacting with children
  • Demonstrates conflict resolution skills to resolve challenging customer issues and feedbacks
  • Adaptable and keen to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Able to commit 3weekdays and 2weekend work schedule
