Working Hours: Rotating shift required, 44 hours per week, 5-5.5 days a week

Job Description:

As a Tea Barista, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Craft a variety of high-quality tea beverages to meet customer preferences and company standards.
  • Receive and Process Customer Payments: Efficiently handle cash and electronic transactions, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain Cleanliness of the Store: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times to create a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Order, Receive, and Distribute Stock Supplies: Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies to ensure smooth operations and availability of products.

Job Requirements:

  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate in Mandarin/English with customers and team members, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail in preparing beverages, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Availability on Weekends & Public Holidays: Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for customers.
  • ONLY SINGAPOREAN
