Flash Coffee is in the midst of a significant expansion within Singapore, launching outlets across the entire island. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and customer-focused PT Baristas to join our dynamic team. Job Scope & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve various products, emphasizing personalized service for each customer
  • Manage cashier duties during shifts
  • Uphold high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and product presentation consistently
  • Follow directives from managers and supervisors
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and daily store operations
  • Craft and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and teas
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment
  • Offer detailed product information to customers, including coffee blends and preparation methods
  • Adapt to shifts at different outlets as scheduled by the Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • Preference for immediate starters
  • Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Background in FnB, retail, hotel, service, barista, bartender, or airline industry is advantageous
  • No prior experience necessary (especially if you have a passion for coffee)
  • Ability to thrive in high-volume peak periods
  • Dynamic, energetic, and a collaborative team player
  • Charismatic with a keen interest in building relationships and connecting with new people
