Roles & Responsibilities

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR:

Executive, Human Resource & Payroll (East)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for monthly payroll administration and execute end-to-end payroll processing for 200 - 250 staff;

· Calculate and process monthly salary payments, including overtime pay, allowance, deductions, commissions and bonuses;

· Manage payroll adjustments and ensure proper documentation for any changes;

· Prepare and submit statutory reports such as CPF, SDL and tax filings within the specified deadlines;

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records;

· Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure consistency and correctness;

Submission of payroll-related claims such as NS make-up pay and government-paid leave and tax clearances;

Ensure all HR practices, records, etc. are in full compliance with statutory requirements;

Responsible for preparation of all HR documentation and generating letters & contracts;

· Assist in recruitment, work with hiring managers to understand their requirements & post job advertisements on various job channels;

· Co-ordinate interviews, initiate offers to candidates, prepare offer letters and arrange for onboarding;

· Handle staff movement, confirmation & re-employment of staff, follow up on necessary documentation and update p-files & HRIS;

· Handle all work pass applications and renewals;

· Update headcount and consolidate Group manpower reports on a monthly basis;

· Administer and manage employee benefits, including leave entitlements and other statutory benefits;

· Prepare reports and statistics as per statutory requirements and to support management in decision making;

· Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries on HR related issues;

· Any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENT:

· Diploma in Human Resource/ Business Administration or equivalent qualification

· 3 years of relevant working experience in payroll and human resources administration

· Must have prior experience processing payroll of at least 200 headcounts

· Good knowledge of Employment Act and relevant labour law

· Numerically inclined, meticulous and ability to follow through on outstanding issues independently

· Proficient in MS office, especially Excel

· Team player, pro-active and motivated
