**Job Description:**
As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the face of our boutique, providing expert advice, exceptional customer service, and personalized beauty solutions. You will play a crucial role in not only meeting sales targets but also in enhancing the customer experience through your in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

**Responsibilities:**
- Engage with customers to understand their skincare needs and recommend suitable products and treatment packages.
- Perform detailed skin analysis and provide expert beauty consultations.
- Drive sales of luxury skincare products and exclusive facial treatment packages.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest beauty trends and the evolving needs of our clientele.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with returning customers, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Manage bookings and follow up with clients to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably in the luxury beauty or retail sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-end clientele.
- A passion for beauty and skincare with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
