Job Description:

  • Perform frontline operations that include (but not limited to) registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, dispensing of medication and cashier duties. - Attend to walk-in patients and answer phone enquiries.
  • Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients.
  • Support doctors in language translation when needed.
  • Proper maintenance of patients’ records and keeping count of drug inventory.
  • Strict adherence to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic.
  • Responsible for daily operations matters and it includes collating & compiling patient management indicators.
  • Support in the submission of medical reports and claims.
  • Assist in coverage of other facilities when required due to lack of manpower.


Job Requirements:

  • Min N/O level and above
  • No working experience is required as on-the-job training is provided
