About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Collaboration and Analysis: Keep a close relationship with corporate clients to understand changes in the market conditions, competitor activities and changes in clients requirements/needs. Manage client requests and enquiries including quotations, samples and proactively review relevant data from our ERP system to ensure timely delivery of supplies and support planning activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support smooth operations by proactively identifying opportunities to reduce risks, and minimize costs, contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of the organization.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with GUAVA team members across the globe, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.
  • Versatile Duties: Undertake any other duties as assigned by management, showcasing your flexibility and willingness to support the team wherever needed.
