Responsibilities:

Our Technology Associate Programme (TAP) is an exclusive two-year personalised talent programme designed for you to build a strong foundation towards becoming a technology leader.  

The TAP is aimed to bring out the best in you, both technically and professionally. You will be groomed and nurtured to build in-depth expertise in the technology, solve nation-wide problems with our technology leaders, and ultimately making an impact on the lives of people in Singapore.  

Be empowered with the autonomy to define your own career growth in a supportive, friendly and inclusive environment. You will embark on an exciting journey where you will receive both career from our senior leaders and experienced GovTechies , connect with like-minded technology enthusiasts in your cohort, and get access to exclusive and customised development opportunities throughout the two years.  

Tracks offered under TAP :

  • Data Scientists
  • Software Engineers (which consist of roles such as AI Engineer, Cybersecurity Engineer, Data Engineer, Software Engineer and Systems Engineer)
  • UX Designers

Recruitment timeline:

Due to the volume of applications, we appreciate your understanding on the recruitment timeline listed below for your reference:

  • Application period: 1 Aug - 31 Aug 2024
  • Technical assessment: by mid-Sep 2024
  • Shortlist for Tech Lead & HR interviews: by mid-Oct 2024
  • Shortlist for Senior Leadership interviews: by mid-Nov 2024
  • Commence work in GovTech: between May - Jun 2025

Go ahead and apply if you:

  • Are a Singapore citizen or Singaporean Permanent Resident
  • Possess a university education in Infocomm/Computer Science/Tech/Engineering/Data Analytics or others but with relevant tech skills
  • Will be graduating from university and looking to commence work between May - Jun 2025, or have already graduated with less than two years of work experience by Jun 2025 (please note the commencement period for TAP is fixed)
  • Able to prove your passion for technology
  • Know how to think big, have fun, and get stuff done
