Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

You play a pivotal role, working in conjunction with the programme stakeholders to drive the overall digital transformation and technology strategy. You will play a leading role in shaping the agenda and tracking the progress the overall program and various key initiatives such as engineering productivity, digital transformation to leapfrog DBS in this digital age.
Responsibilities
This role orchestrates across departments to put together the strategies and initiatives using an effective planning framework which addresses the department’s and the Bank’s priorities.
It includes overseeing the planning, initiation, execution, and monitoring of the digital transformation programme achievements. You will manage the communication of the overall updates and department plans, engage internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate the implementation of the various initiatives and projects You will partner with key teams across the organisation to execute the various initiatives. You will engagement with senior leaders, build consensus and deal with conflicting priorities by understanding the trade-offs You will be responsible for the management and delivery of an enterprise wide change management plan, including communications plan and strategy for key strategic transformation priorities and drive the adoption of such changes across technology and operations You will work closely with the management team in the delivery of the key strategic change management communications within the Bank. You will ensure the communication is aligned to the plan and strategyRequirements
