Provide admin support in:

  • Invitations and RSVPs such as tracking of responses
  • Monitoring of donation on approved digital platform
  • Post-event Follow up such as compiling of photos and documents and sending of thank you emails.

GCTEF Charity Golf & Dinner

Provide admin support in:

  • Invitations and RSVPs such as tracking of responses
  • Coordination and Communication such as monitoring of the GCTEF mailbox for correspondences
  • Recognition such as checking of certificates
  • Logistics Coordination as seating arrangements
  • Post-event Follow up such as compiling of photos and documents and sending of thank you emails.

Processing of GCTEA Nominations

Provide admin support in:

  • Managing nominations for easy retrieval and review
  • Monitoring GCTEA mailbox for enquiries
  • Updating records and archive documents for record-keeping
  • Post-event Follow up such as updating of records and archiving important documents.

GCTEA Ceremony

Provide admin support in:

  • Invitations and RSVPs such as tracking of responses
  • Awards and recognition such as checking of trophies and certificates
  • Logistics Coordination as seating arrangements
  • Post-event Follow up such as compiling of photos and documents and sending of thank you emails.

Other Areas of Work

  • Provide admin support in related lines of business as discussed with Assistant Director, C&P.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Marketing & Communications / Business or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant communications experience
