Role: Senior Marketing Executive (B2B Events)

Location: Singapore


Job Description / Responsibilities:


Content Creation and Management

  • Create compelling and creative social media content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
  • Manage and run the daily operations of social media platforms, covering platforms such as EDMs, Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn & etc.
  • Develop, manage, and run a commprehensive social media content calendar.
  • To support in content strategy creation for all ongoing marketing campaigns, special holidays, and / or other events.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, emails, and messages, and analyse market feedback and trends. Respond promptly to inquiries and comments.

Audience Growth and Engagement

  • Implement strategies to increase followers, likes, and shares.
  • Support other digital marketing activities as needed.
  • Assist in managing the social media budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing spending.
  • Ad hoc duties. Skills / Requirements:
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple aspects of an event.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel under pressure and provide quality work product.
  • Attentive to details & work independently.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Familiarity with the event industry (a plus, but not mandatory)
  • Have a passion in creative and design.
  • Proficient in photoshop, illustrator, Photography, and Video Editing skill will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Digital Media file formats and Digital Marketing publishing platforms such as MailChimp.
