Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics (Airfreight)
- Position Title: Airfreight Documentation Officer (Import / Export)
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday 2 PM – 10 PM, Sat Half Day)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,800 + Shift Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day tasks for air freight operations, both for exports and imports.
- Update data according to airline specifications and label cargo when needed.
- Print AWBs and produce all necessary documentation.
- Update electronic air waybills (FWB), house manifests (FHL), and pre-lodge cargo with SATS.
- Schedule air cargo space with shippers, airlines, co-loaders, and international agents.
- Provide guidance and support for air cargo operations.
- Help organize import shipments and plan their delivery.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
