Job Description:

Recruitment & Manpower Officer is responsible for finding camp trainers/coaches/manpower for all programmes and activities and all other roles/tasks that relates to manpower.

Recruitment & Manpower Officer will report to the Operations Team.


Primary Role

1. Recruitment strategies in sourcing new trainers

2. Schedule and arrange interviews for new trainers

3. Calling and scheduling of current trainers

4. Finding replacements for pull outs

5. Monitor MOE IRS and First Aid Cert of all trainers to ensure their current validity

6. Prepare list of trainer's documents to submit to schools

7. Manage Trainer's Database and ensuring its up to date.

8. Assist Sales team in any manpower documents needed for submission

9. Assist operations team with any ad-hoc roles or admin support

10. Actively promote the company through online and offline channels for recruitment purposes.


Secondary Role

1. Assist Office Manager with any ad-hoc roles in office

2. Answering enquiries on office main line

3. Able to stand in as a group trainer during peak period


Requirements:

1. Good admin skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

2. Good Interpersonal skills

3. Good Negotiation Skills and People Oriented

4. Able to go down to campsite to interact with trainers and build good relationships with them

5. Able to work in a fast working environment

6. Meticulous, analytical, organised, resourceful and enjoy challenges

7. A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently.

8. A good, exemplary role model to young trainers and able to work harmoniously with everyone including full time staff.


Qualifications:

1. Diploma and above (of any field)
