Product Developer - Specialized Nutrition - APAC

A multinational company based in Singapore is looking for a Product Developer specializing in infant milk powder. The role involves:

  • Developing tools and processes to enhance contracting, conversion, and revenue generation

Support Category Development Managers by:

  • Conducting ad hoc analysis, tracking market trends, and identifying marketing opportunities
  • Creating category plans, joint business plans, and presentations for key strategic meetings
  • Communicating program updates and adhering to timelines
  • Forecasting budgets and tracking revenue performance
  • Monitoring raw materials and market data for negotiations
  • Identifying opportunities for contract coverage, pricing, and new programs
  • Working on special projects as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Master of Science degree in Food Technology/Food Science or related field
  • Knowledge of food science and product development principles
  • 4-5 years of experience in food/pharmaceutical/dairy manufacturing industry
  • Experience in product development and process improvement
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams across different cultures
  • Attention to detail and self-motivated
  • Interested in gaining broad cross-functional experience
