Senior/ Training Executive

The individual will develop, organise and conduct relevant training programmes to meet the Company's business needs in fashion apparel and sports retailing. This includes identifying new learning needs of retail staff, develop/ update On-the-Job and Standard Operating Procedure manuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and update in-house training materials regularly to stay relevant to the everchanging retail landscape
  • Perform regular shop visits, monitor Mystery Shopper Programme results and customers' feedback to track training effectiveness
  • Plan and conduct competency-based assessments for retail staff as well as administration of staff training records

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in Retail Management or other relevant discipline, preferably with Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment/ Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance
  • At least 2 years of training experience in retail, hospitality, or any other service industry
  • Able to design, develop and conduct classroom, e-learning and on-the-job training programmes
  • Familiar with the concepts and guidelines of Total Company Training Plan
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for staff development

Work Location:

Retail stores island-wide
