Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about training and certification and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute lead generation and data mining strategies to identify potential clients and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present Avantus's training solutions effectively, with a focus on meeting and exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent support and service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns, maximizing reach and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities, and engage in strategic networking to expand industry contacts and enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and drive growth.
  • Uphold the highest standards of business ethics and integrity in all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking progress against targets and company objectives.
