Job Description:- Be Responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties in the kitchen. - Ensure a consistent, high quality food products are served to guests at all times.- Carry out stocktaking in the kitchen regularly and assist in stock control of food and beverage.- To check regularly the buffet counter to ensure the food prepared are well presented and sufficient.- Strive to continually improve customer and team satisfaction.- Maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
