The Deloitte Greenhouse serves as an innovation and problem-solving hub. We deliver a distinctive experience for our clients and revolutionize how they tackle business hurdles by taking them out of their regular settings. Currently, we are in search of an intern/temp with solid project management skills, excellent PowerPoint abilities, and a zeal for creating fresh, dynamic, and exceptional experiences for our clients and account teams. A proactive and determined mindset will be key to excelling in this role.
Responsibilities
Lab Design and Execution
- Supporting local Greenhouse lab design, including planning and coordinating all lab materials and tools, participating in and documenting design sessions for standard and customized offerings, and conducting research to contribute to the design process.
- Participating in ongoing Greenhouse lab delivery by offering on-site assistance under the mentorship of Lab Managers and Lab Leads.
- Creating detailed documentation for each lab by taking notes, summarizing, and organizing information for documentation purposes.
- Exploring and testing innovative approaches applicable to a Greenhouse experience and environment.
- Recording notes from design meetings with clients and translating them into a design protocol or agenda.
Program Management
- Overseeing all logistics, providing operational support, and managing project components for designated Greenhouse labs within the Deloitte Greenhouse.
- Collaborating with fellow Singapore Greenhouse team members to foster teamwork and deliver top-quality outcomes.
- Researching and experimenting with creative and innovative techniques and technologies that could enhance the Greenhouse environment.
Requirements
- An ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently, proactively, and efficiently in uncertain situations.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused setting.
- Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities and can manage tasks across multiple channels.
- Exhibits a strong presence, along with excellent writing and verbal presentation skills.
- Understands risk management and knows when to escalate issues to the Greenhouse Leader.
- Available for an off-cycle internship commitment from August 2024 to December 2024.
