Key Responsibilities
This position is part of Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. We believe that exceptional customer experiences have a profound impact. Enhancing human experiences creates lasting value for organizations, customers, society, and beyond.

Growth Marketing entails utilizing diverse marketing strategies to achieve sustainable business expansion. A Growth Marketer is tasked with identifying growth opportunities, designing and implementing marketing campaigns, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Your role will involve:

  • Devising and executing a holistic growth marketing strategy to enhance user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Conducting market research to pinpoint target audiences, customer segments, and market prospects.
  • Creating tailored marketing messages and campaigns for engaging and reaching the target audience through various channels like social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Analyzing and enhancing marketing campaigns to boost conversion rates, user engagement, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Tracking and assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and uncover areas for enhancement.
  • Continuously experimenting and refining marketing strategies to enhance performance and maximize returns.

About You
If you possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or similar domains.
  • Strong analytical abilities to utilize data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in various marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, or similar platforms.
  • A proven track record of enhancing business growth through successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer segmentation.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
