Join us as Sales Support Specialist for the Motor Business Area where you will be responsible for focusing on rapid response, performance improvements, operational efficiency for our customers plus life-cycle management of ABB products and systems.

Reporting to Division Manager and you will be providing great customer service together with product and system technical support. Responsible for motor product sales for ABB Motor & in Singapore. This position will be based in Singapore.

This is a position with global grade

Your responsibilities
  • Assisting sales manager to serve as the focal point of contact and growth all Segment for MV & LV motor with focus on oil and gas, water , marine and general market
  • Driving growth in sales for motor product offerings on motor and develop new account and opportunities
  • Preparing sales plans according to our motor strategy and perform regular status reviews
  • Processing, coordinating, and following up job orders with operations team to meet customers' delivery schedule
  • Achieving key sales targets together with service sales team, by improving sales processes and optimizing workflow to maximize sales productivity
  • Understanding and obtaining latest market intelligence in the segment to develop understanding of the market players, competitive moves and share in the assigned market segment
  • Maintaining personal and team sales plan. Working on weekly/monthly sales progress and action plan report to division manager
Your background
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical / Electronic engineering
  • Highly sales driven with at least 5 years of working experience in engineering/service sales
  • Team player and being able to coordinate with the various team's function
  • Hands on experience on motor servicing
  • Knowledge and experience with inverter technology will be beneficial
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
