Ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to demonstrate alignment to the functional specification Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features Design and develop reusable artifacts, modules and assets Proficient in coding and design patterns such as MVVM, SOLID, TDD Conduct and provide guidance as needed in software development, testing, code reviews and debugging Have deep understanding of ServiceNow functionality and capabilities, with a proven track record of successful implementation and customization. Write unit test and ensure high test coverage as well as making sure source code complies with industrial information security standards Contribute to strategy and roadmap planning of applications

Skills for Success

Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or IT. More than 10 years software development experience. Proven track record of successful project/product implementation with minimal 10 years of software development experience Minimal of 5 year's experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a development and administrative role. Solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) process and best practices. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, etc). Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services (REST, SOAP) and other integration methods. ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus. Good to have:
  • Experience working with build management and continuous integration tools such as Azure Devops, Jenkins
  • Experience working as part of an Agile / Scrum team
  • Hands-on experience with Azure App Services and Functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
