Singapore NTUC FIRST CAMPUS CO-OPERATIVE LIMITED Full time

You will oversee the day-to-day recruitment of new students through lead management. This role involves guiding parents of existing and potential students interested in enrolling in our preschools, analyzing data, conducting training for the team, and optimizing the enrollment processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieve enrollment targets and conversion KPIs.
  • Manage outbound calls to customers who have inquired about enrolling in our childcare center.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with persuasive conversational skills.
  • Counsel parents of potential students considering enrolling in our preschools.
  • Support enrollment process improvement projects, develop process flow charts and SOPs.
  • Assist in providing enrollment data for analysis (conversion rates, disqualification reasons, follow-up on leads).
  • Organize and conduct facility tours for parents, partners, and other visitors as needed.
  • Perform other relevant duties as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of customer service/sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
  • Minimum of an 'A' Level qualification in a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated drive and enthusiasm to maximize enrollment and meet performance targets.
  • Effective influencing and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Team player with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
