• Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another


• Arrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries of goods from suppliers to meet customers' demand with little or no delay


• Manage activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to ensure established deadlines are met

Documentation and Administration


• Coordinate Documentation with Suppliers for shipment of goods to customers


• Support the purchases of goods & services to our customers globally


• Handle full scope of purchasing documentation process and process bank document.


• Carry out administrative tasks : data input, processing of information, completing paper work and filling documents.


• Handle customers & suppliers' feedbacks & complaints

Continuous Improvements


• Continuously reviews freight costs, transportation rates or any other costs associated with logistics arrangements to keep costs down where possible


• Tracks the performance of suppliers, and support improvement initiatives with suppliers


• Continuously look for improvement opportunities

Qualifications Required:


• Minimum diploma qualification, preferably in supply chain management & logistics


• Experience in logistics & shipping is highly desirable, especially in trading industry Experience & Skills


• Hands-on experience in LC preparation and documentation a must


• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, facilitation, proactive and team work skills


• Have a positive, highly adaptable, flexible and can-do attitude, keen to learn


• MS Office Excel, Word) a must; proficient in ERP system (e.g. Oracle) is highly advantageous


• Able to work in a fast-paced and time-critical environment
